Target has eye on summer debut: Target’s new store on State Street is set to open its doors on July 29. At a presentation Thursday afternoon, an executive with the Minneapolis-based retailer revealed details of the flagship CityTarget store, located in the historic Sullivan Center at 1 S. State St.
